Dental Insurance

Lux Dental is happy to process your dental claims for you!

We gladly accept Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and can also accept and submit claims with most other insurance policies, including Medicare. We strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company to make sure your dental insurance assumptions are correct. As you know, most insurance companies pay only a portion of the dental investment. We do not accept Medicaid at this time.

If you don’t have dental insurance, that’s okay! We accept many types of payment to make affording your dental care easier on you, including:

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment, your time is reserved especially for you and we look forward to seeing you! If you can’t make it due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, we require 24-hour notice to adjust our schedule. Broken appointments are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
